Cannot find Outline Master command on View menu due to no longer there.
Cause:
The 'Outline Master' command under the 'View' menu no longer exists.
Solution:
The 'Outline Master' command under the 'View' menu has been replaced with the 'Title Master' command under the 'View' menu.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Master'. (The Master submenu appears.)
2) Select 'Title Master'.
3) Make the desired changes in the placeholders.
